This was made very solid and has a bit of weight to it as you would expect for a well made lock box. I also like the rubber coating on the shackle to protect the finish of my door knob. This is easily programmed with any code... I like that there's no special tricks that I have to remember... just flip the switch, program it, and flip it back...done. The shackle is easily removed as well. If I had to be critical, the only thing I would like to see is a bit thicker padding on the back to protect my door. It has a thin layer but the corners are still a bit exposed.It would be nice to read the numbers without having to put my strong reading glasses on. The numbers are small and the background is shinyThe box seems very sturdy. Will be using it an outside donation box but will need to add a cover over the slot so rain doesn’t get in.The is a great lock box to have, the description does not tell you how to put the door handle on it; there is a small latch inside the box in the upper left corner, push that latch once you place it on the door knob, the bannister, the gate or wherever you need to place it. It’s very well made, larger than I expected and unbreakable. I purchased my door keys and placed it on my outside storage room door, because I locked myself out once; this is also good if your children need access , so you just give them the code- which by the way is easy to set- you must read it and pay attention to setting the code. I will purchase more of these in the near future- for bikes and just about anything that requires outside secure-securing, I highly recommend. I did not rate the waterproofing yet, because I haven’t checked it since it rained.After locking myself out of the house one night, I decided I needed a key outside. I've avoided the fake rock situation because it's just not secure, then I found this. Perfect. I like that I can set the combination myself and there's a little door to cover that part and keep it clean and dry. Also like that it is very strong and easy to use.Came with a factory combination settings. Very easy to set your own password. It feels heavy and durable. There’s nothing I dislike about it so far.I’m not sure how well it’ll stand for weather proof as I will be keeping it under a shaded area.I’m a realtor and this lockbox serves it purpose very wellworks great
