I recently bought a Roland RD-2000 EX keyboard, and the Roland KS-G8B stand was recommended in the Owner's Manual. I had been using an "X" stand; but the KS-G8B is far superior because it's sturdier and you don't have the "X" in the way of your knees. A bit expensive; but worth the price.
